The Boat Shed St Agnes

The Boatshed is nestled just below St Agnes Beacon. And only 1 mile from the sandy shores of Chapel Porth beach . The centre of St Agnes village is just a 15 minute walk away. Wheal Coates tin mine is again a 15 minute walk and the Southwest Coastal Path. The property is situated at the top of my driveway, with that said you have privacy and amazing far reaching views from the patio and windows. The space The warm and cosy Boat Shed, has a lovely kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave all the pots and pans you would ever need, a nespresso coffee machine. The downstairs shower room has heated towel rail . Two lovely upstairs bedrooms. And for those chilly nights a wood burning stove in the lounge. Guest access There is parking right outside the Boat Shed enough for 2 cars. And you have a great private patio which is a wonderful sun trap . Other things to note ⭐️Bookings from the 4th July to September 5th 2026 are only for full weeks, arriving and leaving Saturdays ⭐️ The boat Shed is located a mile from the centre of St Agnes , it is a flat walk into the village and you would need torches if heading in to sample some of the fabulous places to eat and drink in the evening and wish to walk, we are in a dark skies area. Chapel Porth Beach again is 1 mile away it is a great downhill walk there, so uphill on the way back. There is parking and if you are a national trust member it’s free.
