Bluetooth music, relaxation assured. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom. The space 110 m2 fully equipped modern, sober and designer look house: - Comfort kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, electric stove... - 40 m2 terrace with fountain, cozy corner, 5-seater garden sofa, table for 8-10 people and chairs, deckchair, barbecue, small vegetable garden, fully fenced garden, facing south. - Large open living room, modern/cozy style, suspended flat screen, home theater, TV/video package. Books, magazines, children's games, cards, poker, puzzles, coloring books. Pellet stove (in service in winter) - 3 bedrooms including: - a master suite overlooking the terrace, with dressing room, flat-screen TV, bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower. Upstairs, two large bedrooms: - One with 2 small beds, a sofa bed, 2 shelves for storing clothes, a desk with some reading and magazines. - The other with 1 double bed, two reclining armchairs, a small dressing room with wardrobe, a storage chest. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and towel dryer. The house has two year-round chicken inhabitants, who lay fresh eggs every day and consume all the food scraps, to the delight of the inhabitants. It's very easy to take care of them, I'll explain everything at the key handover ;) Location: ideally located within walking distance of the village center, the pier, 100 meters from the supermarket, 15 minutes from Ramonette beach and the island's trails. Guest access Access by boat, then 10-15 minutes' walk from the landing stage, 3 minutes' drive. Less than 1 km away: Supermarket, beach, bus, car/bike rental, all shops, hiking trails. Private parking located on the grounds. Other things to note - Remember to book the boat as soon as possible (Compagnie Océane)! - Upon arrival, a "cleaning" deposit of €150 will be requested by check (not cashed) in case of return of the property in an unacceptable condition. - A bottle of hand sanitizer is available in the living room - Disinfectant soap is available in the bathrooms and kitchen. - Available on request: fan, stroller, baby pot, baby cot. - Dishwashing liquid is provided as well as a dishwasher tablet per day. No linens are provided and no cleaning fee is charged. However, the house must be returned in the clean condition in which you received it.
