SouthPark 2nd Floor Suite w/ LARGE Furnished Patio

You have just stumbled upon an ideal stay in SouthPark Charlotte for the discerning guest: Great location at the end of a cul-de-sac, in an upscale, quiet, relaxing, and friendly neighborhood just minutes from uptown and SouthPark Mall. This location is Pet Free and Smoke Free (Read: Neither are allowed here). This is a Full bedroom Suite with large closet, walk in shower, bathroom vanity, water closet, Kitchenette, large storage space and private patio for your exclusive use. The space Imagine a hotel stay, only better! You’ll have a bedroom, large bathroom, privacy toilet, walk in shower, large closet, large storage room, assigned parking spot, massive furnished private 2nd floor patio and you’ll still get a mini fridge, toaster over, microwave, hot plate/Cast Burner and dish ware. At less than the price of a hotel but with so much more! I'm not trying to be the cheapest, but I am trying to be the best! (My consistent multi years 5.0 Rating attests to it!) Guest access You have access to free high speed wifi, you tell me your preference for temperature, and I will set temperature to it (through Nest App), your own on premise parking spot, and if need be a second car can park on the street. You have access to free washer/Dryer in garage (shared between 2 AirBnB suites). You use the side yard and backyard to gain access to your private upper patio area, but other than the back yard and side yard, and my garage, no other ‘outdoor’ spaces are shared, and no indoor spaces are shared at all (total privacy for you and guest). The use of the front 1/2 basketball court is not included in the listing, nor of course is the ‘entire house’. Photos will show all you need to know! (Feel free to ask any questions) During your stay I live at the property with my 2 sons (13 and 14), the home is over 6,100+ square feet, we prefer to host extended stay AirBnbB guests. The individual spaces are well separated from each other, with their own entrances/exits, that we rarely will ever see each other. IF you need me for anything though, I am usually very quick to respond and I take my role as a host very seriously. I even take suggestions for improvement and can incorporate them during your stay. Your comfort and enjoyment is important to me, I want you to enjoy your stay. Again, front Basket ball court is for my family exclusive use, but my 13 year old son is ALWAYS happy to play a 1x1 or 2v2, just coordinate with me if interested. (He plays on a Travel Basketball Team).
