Bee Happy- Studio & Pets Welcome- No cleaning Fees

Welcome to the "Bee Happy" a self-check in retreat for anyone needing a clean, peaceful retreat to rest a weary head, visit locally or just get away from it all. Pets are always welcome and are as pampered as our guests (Please read our important Pet Policy below). Our large, private outdoor deck is complete with a small side yard and fenced for your pet's safety. Our neighborhood is beautiful, secluded and in a perfect location that is close to I-40, Parks, restaurants. The space The Bee Happy is perfect for a small family or up to 3 adults. We believe pets are family too, so your pet is always welcome at the Bee Happy (please see our Pet Policy below for full details). The Bee Happy is located on the top floor of separate building from the main house and is not shared with anyone. It is complete with its own private parking, deck and fenced area for you and your pet to enjoy. Sit back, relax, listen to wildlife all around or stargaze at the heavens. The enclosed space is yours alone. The host is in the main house, but offer you all the privacy you will need. You will not be disturbed during your stay. We love pets and know how important they are to you and your family so we do not charge nightly pet fees. Our neighborhood is great for walking your pet. We provide a pet bed, a water & feeding station, clean-up supplies and disposal station, and treats for your convenience. Please let us know if you will need these items prior to your arrival. We have a PET POLICY listed below. By continuing with your reservation request, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our pet policy. Please take a look around at our photos. We pride ourselves on providing a upscale, clean, comfortable space. Please make sure you read our House Rules which must be adhered to during your stay. We ask that you leave the unit as you found it. Additionally, you will have to ensure your pet is cared for, poop scooped, leaves no fleas behind and causes no damage to our property (as stated in the PET POLICY). Parties are not allowed without written approval from the host and negotiated in advance. Failure to abide by this rule is cause for immediate eviction. We are crazy about cleaning and use Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process. We sanitize high-touch areas & use cleaning checklists. We follow Covid cleaning protocols when regulations are in place. PET POLICY: This policy ensures that we can continue not charging a pet deposit and/or fee. By continuing your reservation, you are agreeing to this policy. As the pet owner, you must agree to: 1. Keep your pets off of the furniture/protect the furniture from pet use with the blankets provided or other means. 2. Clean up after your pet in the AIrbnb, including removing pet hair from floors or furniture. 3. Report any damage your pet may have made and potentially make restitution. 4. Ensure your pet does not have fleas. 5. Clean up any pet waste from outside. There is a doggie poop station and baggies for your convenience. We welcome pets and especially dogs (I too, travel with my dogs). We like to make sure that the Bee Happy remains a clean unit for all of our travelers so that is why we have a high standard of cleaning. We hope you understand our strict policy of owner responsibility. Should we need to clean up after your pet in any manner, we will charge a Pet Clean-up fee of $50, payable immediately by one of our payment apps. (As of Today, we have only charged a pet cleaning fee two times. Our guests have been responsible for their pets and we appreciate it.) As long as you are aware and agree to these terms, we do not charge pet fees or pet deposits and welcome your four legged family members into our home away from your home. We provide a doggie bed ( one) and a set of pet bowls (one large, one small). Additionally, we have pet blankets (to cover furniture and prevent hair accumulation and damage) and pet foot wipes, lint rollers & pet towels should you need them. All will be in the unit for your convenience. We are delighted you have chosen the Bee Happy and look forward to your stay with us.🐝😊 Guest access Guest/s: 1. Are assigned labeled parking spaces 2. Have the entire unit to themselves 3. Have entire outdoor, fenced area to themselves 4. Self Check-in 5. Have no access to other parts of the property or main house. There is no lake access. Please do not roam the property. 6. Are not allowed to smoke in this unit. Smoking is permitted on the deck only with proper disposal. Host/s: 1. Lives in main house on the property. 2.
