You are perfectly nestled between quiet countryside and urban entertainment. Your stay can be relaxing with serene mornings and afternoon walks or you may take in the local history and sights of the Hill City. Liberty University and the University of Lynchburg are both within a short drive. Thomas Jefferson's Vacation home, Poplar Forest and the Peaks of Otter are often guest favorites. A great grocery store, fun coffee shops, and locally-owned restaurants are a convenient 10-minute drive. The space If you need a break from your everyday life, Casaloma (meaning hill house) may be the perfect retreat for you and your family. You can enjoy the scenery of wildlife and a few farm animals without the commitment of day-to-day chores. Read a book, watch a movie, or play a game of pool to make the most of your time with us. It's also perfect if you (or your children) want a glimpse of the work involved in caring for animals. Just let us know if you want to help with chores. Be sure to bring rain boots or ask to borrow a pair of ours. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, back deck, and plenty of yard space.
