The Cuestallano Cottage. Disconnect from the routine at our accommodation. Detached house with fireplace, garden and outdoor barbecue. Ideal for two people. Located in the Saja Reserve, it is perfect for enjoying a quiet and natural environment, rural tourism or nature activities. We are 30 minutes away from Comillas, Oyambre, and San Vcte beaches. The space La Casita consists of a double bedroom with a TV, closet, and safe. The living-dining room has a beautiful fireplace and a wood-burning oven, TV with Chromecast, a large table, sofa and a reading space with a rocking chair. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, stove, kettle, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, juicer, and toaster. The bathroom is complete with a hairdryer. There is also an attic area set up as a relaxation space. The garden is independent and has an exit to the street. Parking right at the door. It has a barbecue, table, chairs, hammocks, and sun loungers. The house has heating only for the winter months. Guest access There are no common areas. Independent entrance, garden and house. Other things to note The Casita has heating, important: only winter months with a thermostat of up to 20 degrees maximum. Wi-Fi and Google Chromecast are also included in the price. Fireplace: since we do not have our own firewood, we do NOT sell or provide firewood. The customer can purchase it at gas stations and supermarkets. In the garden, there is a barbecue for exclusive use with charcoal. We will leave at your disposal, included in the price, utensils and cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. In the bathroom you will find a single-dose soap, gel and shampoo per person. Likewise, in the kitchen we will leave you some herbal teas, coffee capsules, sugar and saccharin. La Casita has an attic area that is 1.60 meters high. It is NOT a bedroom and is only set up as a space for reading and relaxing. Anyone who is not listed on the admission sheet is not allowed to enter the accommodation.
