The living room is super cozy and has a huge comfortable sofa where u can enjoy your movies or books , the kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need . Even tho it’s fully furnished, the apartment has lots of space for children to play around so you can consider it child friendly , family friendly and pet friendly . The space The entire place is at my guests service . The whole apartment is brand new , beautifully furnished & decorated in such a way that will make you feel comfortable as you would be in your own house . The building is brand new as well and even tho it’s a 3 level building, its equipped with elevator. Special note for guests who will stay 2 nights or more , FREE MINI BAR including a soft drink, water , beer , snacks and something sweet . This apartment is pet friendly so you are more then welcome to bring yours , however there is a 100 euro deposit paid is advance, at the property , in case of damage or extra cleaning fee 40 euro , if needed . Please don’t try to hide your pet , if you bring it with you , the FINE is 500 euro !
