Home in Palm Desert

Hosts live onsite in a separate part of the home and keep a very low profile. We’re early risers and out most of the day, returning in the evening and retreating to our private bedroom. Guests enjoy full use of shared spaces with lots of privacy, & always available if needed. Two guest bedrooms (king and queen). Private backyard w/ pool, fire pits, fridge, and views. TVs, Wi‑Fi, A/C, heat, and parking. Quiet neighborhood—near shopping, walk to BNP, short drive to Coachella & Stagecoach. The space Guests enjoy large living room, kitchen, and dining room. Two private bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Outside is pool, and large patio spaces. Guest access Entire house and grounds available to guests.* *excluding host bedroom. During your stay The city of Palm Desert requires "hosts" to be on property during any rental period of less than 30 days. That said, we are off property most of the time; exiting in the morning and returning in the evening. As hosts we provide breakfast items such as fruit, croissants, bagels, cream cheese, butter, juice, water, milk and cereal. Refrigerator/ freezer (with filtered water and ice maker) are available for our guests use. For rental periods of 30+ days we are off site.
