The space The Anchor Self-Catering accommodation is a spacious contemporary one bedroom suite located on the illustrious mountainside of Gordons Bay. The most gorgeous views await you like a constantly changing painting. From whales playing to schools of dolphins swimming past, yachts anchored and continuous activity in the quaint little harbor below. The picture is completed with unequalled sunsets, and Table Mountain visible in the distance. Elegantly furnished with modern touches throughout, this exclusive accommodation is sure to delight the most discerning traveler. Slide back glass doors open onto your patio, flooding the interior with light and sunshine, uninterrupted views of sparkling ocean and fresh sea air. The two leather couches in the living room can easily be converted into single beds should you wish to have one or two extra people stay over. Linen for the couches is provided. The kitchen at the Anchor is an entertainer’s dream, with brand new modern appliances and granite work surfaces. One level below you can enjoy your private patio deck with a Jacuzzi, braai, pizza oven, lounging furniture, and plenty of shade. Garage parking and remote-control driveway gate offers safety and security for your vehicle, which by the way, also enjoys sea views while parked. Power outages (Load shedding): We are pleased to say that this property has a backup power supply that will run a light, a charger, a television, and WiFi. We hope this feature makes your stay even more enjoyable! The Anchor is near our region’s finest wines, top rated restaurants, and famous golf courses. At the foot of the Faure Marine Drive, scenic drives can easily be enjoyed to neighboring towns like Hermanus. The bustling city of Cape Town is only a 45 minute drive. Perfect for couples, corporations, business travelers, or small families. PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R600 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance by getting in touch HERE and we will provide a quotation according to your requirements. The property is a private home and not shared with any other persons. Other things to note The Entrance to the Anchor is located down a country road that runs parallel to Faure street. You would access the house from the back side. Please get directions from your friendly booking agent. *We request that the person booked is the person that checks in. *A valid identity document will be requested on check in and a guest contract will be signed. *No more than the number of people booked and checked in may stay overnight on the property. *Visitors are by special arrangement only. *No disturbance to the neighbors is permitted. *Please do not remove any items from the property *Report any breakages that occur during your stay please.
