Breath taking view of water and mountains can be experienced from all corners of the Villa. Revive the senses in different gardens developed with flowers of rare species surrounding the villa. We host only family groups. The space The villa is based on one of the Lavasa mountains and is 4.5 kms from Promenade (central water body) of Lavasa. To add to your impeccable experience and luxury, we have a assistance of care taker available to look after your basic needs and comforts. Food options: Food charges are based on menu card and is not a part of tariff 1.) Order food from our kitchen 2.) Carry food of your choice or order a take away from local restaurants 3.) Step out to enjoy local delicacy from local eateries and restaurants 4.) Kitchen is not available for cooking by guests Pet charges of Rs. 500 per day per pet are levied for hosting the fur babies. All three Bedrooms have AC and attached washrooms. Guest access Guests have access to entire Villa and all it's five sorrounding gardens Other things to note We are happy to host only those guests who abid to these directives: Lavasa administration has restriction on following: 1.) Loud music after 10pm, as it disturbs the natural setting. Light music with volume that can be restricted within Villa is permissible 2.) Due to safety measures and wellbeing of all guests, Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. Smoking can be done only in open areas of the Villa 3.) Consumption of any form of Substances or Drugs are strictly prohibited on Villa. 4.) Responsible consumption of alcohol is desired 4.) Any damage caused to the property/furniture is chargeable. The host reserves right to cancel the reservation/levy additional charges if the above mentioned points are not adhered to.
