Immerse yourself in comfort, serenity, and entertainment The space Bedrooms: - The villa features 3 bedrooms, with one situated on the ground floor and the remaining 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners for your comfort. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 6 people on a sofa. - The living room has a 6 seater dining table Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 4 bathrooms in total, with 3 attached to individual bedrooms and 1 serving as a common washroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - A big outdoor lawn is a part of the villa's surroundings. - A private indoor pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (15 x 8 feet approx). Additional Amenities: - A private swimming pool is available for you on the first floor. - Games such as Badminton, Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. - A volleyball setup is also available at the property. - In case of a power failure, a generator is accessible (additional charges apply). - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests upon request. Other Important Information: - The living room has no air conditioner. - The swimming pool has is on the first floor, and it's important to note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool. - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. TRUE FACTS: - No DJ System Allowed. - It is in Gated Society. - There is only One Veg Restaurant in the Vicinity. (No Other Food options available). - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. Guest access Lonavala's hills are a great setting for a quiet vacation. The town, which is only a few hours from Mumbai, is ideal for a quick weekend getaway or as a base for exploring the surrounding areas. The region is well known for its hills, which offer a variety of activities to visitors such as hiking, cycling, and water sports. Lonavala is the most frequented location, attracting visitors and vacationers from Mumbai and Pune, who visit the hill station because of its remarkable scenery, which includes lush green valleys, fascinating caverns, tranquil lakes, and stunning waterfalls. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout. Please be aware that no heating or cooling appliance device shall operate. If the power outage persists, EKOSTAY will provide a free backup generator for one hour that can only power three air conditioners. If the outage persists, guests will be responsible for paying fees for up to 5 hours at a rate of INR 400 per hour. If the outage persists even after this, EKOSTAY will pay for that day's worth of backup - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
