1-br apartment is close to Lake Temiskaming with a separate entry on the second floor of our home. Enjoy an outdoor hot tub, balcony and lakeview bedroom. Under 40 lbs dog can be added for an additional pet fee and must be confirmed with the host prior to arrival. The home uses chromecast so you can stream from your phone. No events/parties or non-registered guests allowed. Parking available. A single bed can be set up in the living room upon request. The space A note about our cleaning protocol. The Airbnb hosts are committed to a thorough deep cleaning in between guest visits. We ensure compliance with the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and want our guests to feel safe. Guest access We have plenty of parking available for our guests. If you are arriving with a trailer for accessing snowmobile trails or ice fishing you can park it on site at no additional cost. The Airbnb is accessed with an electronic keyless entry and we will send the code before you check-in. The outdoor hot tub is available for Airbnb guests and is enclosed with a gazebo for comfort and privacy. It is maintained regularly with daily to weekly spa shocks to control any organic contaminants and for keeping the water crystal clear. The hosts will occasionally use the hot tub so we ask the guest to notify us if they intend to use the hot tub so that you will have your privacy. We ask that you shower prior to use otherwise we may need to close down the hot tub for chlorine treatment or water drainage if the water becomes cloudy. Other things to note When making a reservation, we encourage guests to send us a brief description of their travel plans so that we can better accommodate their visit. If you are travelling with a pet, kindly let us know who will be arriving. If you are travelling with infants or toddlers, please let us know so. If you are planning to visit for fishing we know great spots in the area. We have ice shack rentals available on Lake Temiskaming 10 minutes away, including either snowmobile or vehicle access from the house. Rates are $150/day.
