This beautiful house is 5 to 7 minutes to the Old Mill District, the city centre, parks, art, cultural attractions, and dining; 20 to 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. Guests love the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, the set up, spacious rooms, and the huge back patio with a fire pit, hot tub, numerous tables and chairs, and more. Ideal for families with kids and large groups, the house offers all necessary amenities and plenty of games and toys for both kids and adults. The space The magnificent house, custom-built for vacation rental, was completed on May 3, 2019. It features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft on 1.2 acres. The kitchen and bathrooms have all-granite countertops. Situated on an acre, the property offers free parking for up to ten cars. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a king bed. The fifth bedroom has a twin bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and a small hideaway bed. The sixth bedroom has a double bed. The loft contains a very comfortable queen sofa bed. The living room is furnished with four leather sofas. The MUD room is spacious enough for a small hideaway bed. Even the master bedroom closet can accommodate a twin bed. The house features spacious rooms and includes a pingpong table, a foosball table, and other games suitable for both kids and adults. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, baking, and catering. There is a large window between the living room and a bedroom, blocked by fabric on both sides of the wall. The dining room door is enclosed by thick curtains. Though not soundproof, it is suitable for children. According to Airbnb rules, the house can host 16 people. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $20 per person per day, payable before check-in. The pet fee is $20 per night per pet. Another house with the same floor plan, built in May 2020, is located at 60228 Crater Road, Bend. Please check it out. For guests' safety, a CCTV camera is installed outside the front door to monitor the property when vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by flipping the switch inside the front door.
