Walking distance to grocery and eating . Sleeping for 4 must be adventurous and able to climb the ladders up to the lofted sleeping areas. Also once up in the loft movement will be limited to crawling in this area. It’s got a low ceiling and guest will not be able to stand up in the sleeping area’s. Weak WiFi so not dependable . The space The Tiny cabin is all for you to enjoy. NO SMOKING allowed inside the Cabin .. rustic adventure in downtown Claxton Ga .. the tiny cabin is part of a tiny 3 spot Rv campground . We usually always have three . The middle area has 4 picnic tables and a common fire pit. There is a chance you will share the campground area. The Ac to the cabin is a window unit framed into the cabin. The cabin is spray foam insulated so it’s nice and cold. The beds being up top may not receive as good air. A fan would be good to push the cold air up to the top when sleeping. The hot water is from a propane on demand hot water heater. Sometimes the water will flux in temp in the shower. Fix is adjusting the knob so the ignition of the flame will continue. Guest access All access to the tiny cabin and the. Campground. Grill , fire pit , tables , Only 3 RV sites other than the two cabins on the property. Other things to note Just want all guest to be aware upfront the only access to the sleeping areas up top are ladders that are a straight upward climb. Two recliners down on bottom area. The cabin is a lofted shed type little house 35 foot long and 12 feet wide. It’s rustic not perfect. If you are looking for something pristine this is not your place. We keep it clean but some people have booked this place immediately be like I’m not staying there and others just love it. So before booking please ask yourself can I stay here on a tiny cabin tucked away in a tiny campground with a shared outside area in the middle of the property. Usually only two RVs on site and one of them is empty on the weekend . The other air bnb in the campground is a tiny house shipping container. This place is an adventure not a 5 star resort. Be honest about asking yourself can I stay here. We have had this comment from the men “ I can stay here but my wife will not.” This is why I’m asking before you book .. it’s a cool little place if your into this kind of stay. The WiFi is not reliable it’s better outside the cabin . the internet service in town is not reliable comes and goes and is being provided from the car wash some distance from the cabin.
