This bohemian style studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a bright, open layout, a Smart TV, a mini kitchen, a workspace with fast WiFi and a sparkling bathroom with all the essentials provided The space Make your way inside using the easy keyless lock and into your chic bohemian home away from home right in the heart of all the action. Please NOTE: This is a 23-unit apartment building. There will be some noise from other guests. Dumpsters are located in the alleyway behind the building and can be messy at times. Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the well-stocked kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything you need including a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a small oven, and a stove along with utensils, cookware and a breakfast bar for two. Don’t feel like cooking? There are countless options for any occasion all within walking distance from the studio along High St as well as a Starbucks and a handy UDF Convenience store where you can stock up on supplies and snacks for your stay. Wake feeling refreshed with a comfortable queen bed topped with quality linen and bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Then enjoy a movie night in with a 50” wall-mounted Smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps. Catch up on any work or study at the desk by the window and refuel with a coffee maker up on the breakfast bar. The bathroom features a full-size bath with an overhead shower (please note that there’s a yellow stain on it, we wash with bleach after each stay) and is stocked with all the essentials including fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer to make sure you’re looking your best before heading out on the town! Outside as you wander around you will find students and young adults working from their porches, walking to and from High St and lounging on the grass in their front yards, this neighborhood is always humming with activity especially during game days and on weekends where you can join in on all the fun for a unique and flavorful experience living like a local.
