At SLO Paradise you are in the hub of everything! Walking distance to downtown where you can find the famous farmers market, Woodstocks, Firestone, and one block from Sally Loo’s. You are also ~1 mile from Cal Poly Campus and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We are animal-friendly and charge a pet fee for cleaning. There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub! The space This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a huge deck (with BBQ) connected to the front of the house and a spacious front yard with seating, garden, hot tub and corn hole. The hot tub can fit up to seven people. We have a trundle bed frame for bedroom 2 which has a full and a pull out twin sized mattress. In the master there is a queen sized bed. The couch pieces can be pulled together to turn into a bed and there is bedding in the ottoman. We have a brand new 55 inch TV mounted in the living room with all streaming services. Guest access We have a passcode on the door you will have access to for easy check in. You will have plenty of parking. Our drive way fits 2 cars easily plus street parking. We are walking distance to the train station so you can easily ride amtrak here, walk to the house, and walk everywhere around town if you don't have a car! Other things to note You need to walk up one flight of stairs to get in the front door. The front yard is the main area for outdoor entertainment and social settings.
