On a nice day, enjoy our backyard with outdoor sofa. Perfect for family fun and tea time. --- WORK FROM HOME --- There is an office desk, chair, and a 23'' monitor in the master bedroom. --- LOCATION --- This house is ideal for family stay, traveling professionals, and corporate business trips. This house is located in a safe and family oriented neighborhood. Only minutes' drive to all 3 medical facilities on Laguna Blvd, 10 minutes to Apple campus. Kids love the playground and parks in Elk Grove. If you travel with kids, be sure to bring them to a few nearby. There is a hiking trail nearby just behind Oneto park. --- OTHERS --- The sprinkler activates at 1am at night for about half an hour. So please be careful if you come home late at night, stay dry! =) We have a Ring alarm system. It's off by default. But if you want extra peace of mind and want to use it. Feel free to connect with me after check in for instructions. --- PET POLICY --- We are dog friendly. I love cats as well but unfortunately I'm very allergic, and cannot host your kitten friends. As a former dog mom, I understand the importance of bringing your furry buddy on your trip, but please also know that pets come with extra cleaning. We will charge an additional $100 for cleaning to ensure the space is clean for the next guests and for your return in the future. Only 1 small or medium dog is allowed in the house (under 25lbs) * Breed restriction: German shepherds, Pit bull terriers, Cane corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman pinschers --- SMOKE & DRUG ---- No smoking/vape/e-cig/candles. You will be charge $200 for additional cleaning to remove odor and replace filter. No drug use in the house. Guest access Guests have full access of the home and backyard minus the garage. Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. Smart lock on front door. Access code will be provided before check-in time.
