New to desirable Easton's Point. Our family cottage is tucked away between 1st and 2nd beaches, on a quiet, dead end street. Walking distance to St. Georges, beaches, restaurants, shops and more. Our famous Cliff walk, the mansions, downtown Newport, Sachuest point, Norman bird sanctuary are all within 2 miles. Unwind on our back deck which overlooks a spacious yard after enjoying all Newport has to offer. This is a great place for relaxing and making memories with your friends and family. The space The Cottage features New England charm with a nice deck overlooking a spacious yard to retreat to after a full day. The home has three large bedrooms with A/C and two full baths. There is central AC on the main floor which features a sitting room, fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, private Queen bedroom next to a large, accessible bathroom. Both the kitchen and living room open up to the deck and yard area. The dining and living area's large windows and glass doors overlook the spacious deck and yard, providing peaceful views indoors and out. The second floor features Two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom on the right hand side has a full-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and a distant view of the cliff walk. Bedroom on the left has two twin beds with a writing nook and desk. Both have window AC units. The outdoor spaces provide an ideal setting for relaxing and spending quality time together. There's plenty of space to enjoy a meal, read a book, or a game of croquet. Bring your favorite yard games and enjoy. For five decades our cottage has provided so many wonderful memories for our family and we know that it will do the same for you and yours. Guest access Guests have access to a private house with a driveway. There is parking for 2 cars. (Please notify us if you require a 3rd parking space.) Guests have access to the entire home, private deck and spacious back yard, as well as a privately hedged side yard. Other things to note There is a detached dwelling on property with a private and secure entrance that is sometimes occupied by an owner. It is a totally separate living space from the house you will be renting. There will be no entry into your rental space unless you need something.
