Accessible via a scenic 10-minute walk or trek, this peaceful escape is perfect for those seeking quiet, nature, and comfort. Guest access Guest Access – Itsy Bitsy Cabin Our property is located 10 km before Kasol, in a peaceful offbeat setting surrounded by pine trees. Please note that reaching us involves a scenic uphill trek of about 10 minutes from the nearest road-accessible point. Here’s how guests can reach us based on their mode of travel: 1. Guests with a Private Vehicle: You can drive up to Village Mateura, where a paid parking facility is available. Our staff will meet you at the parking spot and assist with your luggage for the 10-minute uphill trek to the property. 2. Guests Arriving by Cab: Cabs can drop you directly at Village Mateura. From there, our staff will be present to receive you and help with the uphill 10-minute trek to Itsy Bitsy Cabin. 3. Guests Arriving by Bus/Volvo: If you’re traveling by bus or Volvo, your drop-off point will be Jari Bus Stop. From Jari, you can hire a local cab for the 1.5 km drive to Village Mateura. Our team will meet you there and assist you on the short uphill walk to the cabins. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear and packing light for ease of travel. Our team is always here to make your arrival as smooth as possible! Other things to note House Rules – 1. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. If any smoke smell is detected, a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. 2. Check-in & Check-out Timings • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charges. Please contact the host in advance. 3. Outdoor Kitchen & Food Orders Our outdoor kitchen is open till 9:00 PM, with last orders taken at 8:00 PM. Kindly place your orders in time. 4. Breakfast Timings Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM. 5. No Parties or Loud Music Parties, loud music, and high-volume gatherings are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 6. Damaged Linen Charges If any linen or furnishings are damaged or stained beyond cleaning, the following charges apply: • Towel – ₹500 • Bedsheet – ₹1000 • Bedcover – ₹1500 • Pillow Cover – ₹300 • Pillow – ₹600 7. Pet Policy Pets are welcome, but: • Pets are strictly not allowed on beds, sofas, or linen. • Extra cleaning or damage caused by pets may incur additional charges. • Kindly carry your pet’s bedding and essentials. 8. Bonfire Service Bonfire can be arranged on request. • Timing: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM • Charges: ₹1500 per session Please inform the host in advance for setup.
