This stylish Mid Century Modern home is in a great part of town between the strip and downtown Vegas and boasts amazing amenities while being centrally located next to everything Vegas has to offer! No expense was spared to make this dazzling home as comfortable as possible, including a rain shower, robes, modern furniture, new stainless steel appliances, new TVs, heated pool, backyard bbq grill, huge garage, tons of cooking supplies and more. Early check in and late checkout when possible! The space The house is spacious, modern and cozy on a quiet street but just a couple blocks away from all the action of the city. Guest access Upon checking in, you will be sent a code to unlock the door. Other things to note To comply with Las Vegas rental laws, this property is for longer stays of 31 Days or more only. We do ask that all guests provide a government issued ID and sign a short rental agreement as it is a longer term rental. We cover up to $300/month on the gas bill for heated pool usage; guests must cover anything over that amount. The charge for heating the pool is generally $50/day.
