Welcome to Dabakarn Maya - A large yet cosy 5 bedroom home with 2 living areas & 2 decked areas. Newly decorated and freshly presented and full of character. Tucked down a hill it is completely private yet just a 1 min walk to the local shop, Footprints Resort & a 15min walk to the beach. Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by bush & regularly visited by bird life and kangaroos from the national park. New cooking/ bbq facilities and numerous outdoor seating/ entertaining areas. WIFI/Netflix The space - Sleeps 8 adults and 4 children - Has a pool table in the downstairs shed - Has internet, Netflix, Stan, KAYO connected to the outside verandah TV and inside 60inch TV in the lounge - There is a golf course 2min walk from the house and tennis courts across the road - 2 separate living spaces - one main area with large seating area with pot belly stove, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area. The second living space incorporates a tv area and a separate work/ desk area with patio doors to front and rear decks. - Lounge area with 60inch smart TV - Sega Master System console with 913 games for kids to play; 2 player (Pac-Man, frogger, Tetris, Space Invaders) - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bedroom with queen bed - 1 master bedroom with queen bed (separate from other bedrooms at other end of house) 1 kids bedroom with a double bunk and a double trundle (for children) -2 toilets -1 shower room with sink -1 bathroom with shower/ bath and sink - There is space for 5 cars quite easily Note there is a great aircon in the living area but only fans in the bedrooms. Guest access All areas of property can be accessed and guests may use the books, games, Giant Jenga, golf clubs and fishing rods Other things to note Dabakarn Maya translates to ‘take it easy house’ from the traditional Noongar language 4 night min stay peak season. Xmas and new year weeks are 6 night minimum stay. Although a 5 bedroom house it’s also a lovely couples retreat, and some bedrooms can be closed off. If seeking to go with smaller party and it’s available on those dates please message us and we will consider discount if bedrooms not used. Two steps in house so suitable for reduced mobility or wheelchair with step ramp. Steep hill leading down to house. House is fully gated so suitable for children.
