Located 25 minutes from Angers and Saumur, the gîte is conveniently located to discover Anjou. Sandrine and Cédric welcome you to a renovated old farm for a relaxing stay with activities for children and adults. On site, you can enjoy the farm animals (goats, chickens, etc.) in a 11000 m² garden and many activities available: shared swimming pool, petanque court, ping pong table, foosball and darts. The space The gîte consists of a kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, etc.), a living room with dining area, sofa, television, wood-burning stove and foosball table and two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a TV and a bathroom with walk-in and toilet: - On the ground floor, the "l'Étable" room with a large double bed 180 x 200 cm is accessible only from outside the cottage (by 1 step). - Upstairs, the "Le Grenier" room has a large double bed 180 x 200 cm and 2 single single beds of 90 x 190 cm (extra bed upon request). Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, awning and gas plancha. The pool, shared with the owners, is accessible from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from May to September depending on outside temperature (dimensions: 8 x 4 x 1.20 m - safety fence). For your comfort, everything is included in the service: beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning included, wood provided for the stove... Parking in the closed courtyard allows you to park your vehicle safely (truck parking also possible). Baby equipment provided (crib, bathtub, highchair, playpen, etc.).
