Free Netflix - Bath towel and hand towel (2 sets inside corner cabinet) - Hand wash, shampoo & hair conditioner 2 in 1, body soap bar, hair dryer. - Mini washer & dryer enough for 1 set of attire (inside restroom) - Closet w/ clothes hangers, Ironer w/ ironing board - Kitchen: 2 water bottles + instant coffee/tea + sugar + salt + pepper complementary, cookware (pots, pans, cutting board, spatula, can & bottle opener), dinnerware (knifes, plates, bowls, forks, spoons), dish rack, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, stovetop, trash bin, paper towel, tissue paper, Clorox wipes, dust pan w/ broom - First Aid Kit & fire extinguisher Not Provided: food, toothpaste, toothbrush, No cable TV, coffee maker. Other things to note: * We have security cameras installed around the perimeter of the house (outside only). * Be cautious driving down the neighborhood as young kids (4-7 yrs old) tends to play in the streets. House Rules: - NO pets/party/drugs. - NO smoking on any part of the property (indoor/outdoor, front or back yard) - NO parking along neighboring sidewalk, only on space provided on driveway or along front of house (else car may be towed). - NO extra/overnight guests who are not in reservation (extra charge will be applied) - NO outside visitors (friends, relatives etc.) without prior approval noticed. - Do NOT use towels to remove hard wash stain such as makeup products or cleaning shoes. - Please keep the laminate floor dry at all time, clean spill ASAP to avoid floor damage. - Please don’t leave cooler or anything that's wet on the floor, put them on the kitchen counter - Please take your shoes off when you get in the house. - Please turn off all lights and fan whenever you leave the room. - Please do not throw any tissues, paper towels, feminine products or trash in the toilet. - 11am- 3pm is our cleaning time. You may check in anytime after 3pm and check out before 11am. - Quite time after 11:00PM - Please wash your dishes and leave them to dry on the rack provided - Please check all belongings as anything left in the refrigerator will be toss in the trash Guest access The room has it own access, not walk through the main house.
