Main Level Includes- A Living Room, a fully equipped Kitchen with dining table that seats 8 and a bar that seats 5 (baby highchair and toddler booster chair available), laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, 2 bathrooms (one located in main hallway, and one attached to Master Suite) both of which have tub/shower combos, and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed; Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed and Baby Crib; Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with attached bathroom and large walk-in closet. Upstairs Level Includes- Bedroom 4: 1 Full Size Bed and 2 Twin Size Beds. A Large family room with a Television/Amazon firestick so you are able to login to your favorite streaming accounts. Additional Sleeping: Baby Pack-and-Play ***There is NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES, and NO FIREWORKS. There is a $300 fine for not obeying these rules. *** Guest access The front door has a keypad lock. Once guest books their stay, a code will be sent to the guest prior to arrival, along with additional instructions.
