★Gorgeous Mountain Hideout for 2★Bright & Spacious

Nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains, but still a quick (5 min) drive into quaint downtown Ball Ground. Your private space includes bedroom and bathroom, in addition to (sometimes shared) seating area, coffee bar, and laundry facilities. The space You will be staying on our first floor (the family inhabits the 2nd and 3rd floors) with completely private bedroom and bathroom. You will have a cozy seating area complete with coffee bar. This space is mostly private, but our laundry and school rooms are on the 1st floor, so there's a possibility I will have to sneak down for just a minute. Guest access Guests have a private entry (follow path from driveway around back of house), private bedroom and bathroom. Guests have (sometimes shared) access to sitting area, coffee bar and laundry facilities, and patio sitting area. During your stay We have a busy family life so we might not always be on the property, but we will be quick to get back to you about any questions or problems you might have. Other things to note In true Ball Ground fashion, our driveway is a little steep. Don't worry, your car will make it! The house is accessed by stairs. We are a family of 4 and it's likely you will hear the sounds of us doing life in our home. If you don't like kids (or hearing them play, etc) this might not be the place for you!
