The space Located in a very safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this garden apartment is well-lit and comfortable. We are very close to Peterson Park, which features a playground for children, tennis courts, and a beautiful walking path through the North Park Nature preserve. (Deer and other small wildlife are not rare to see.) We are also very close to Northeastern and North Park Universities, as well as Swedish Covenant Hospital. We are located about halfway between O'Hare airport and downtown Chicago. Only a 30-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to the Kimball brown line train stop. Lincolnwood Mall and several grocery stores are a very short drive or bus ride away. The unit is newly rehabbed to condo standard with brand-new Stainless-Steel appliances and amenities. The spacious garden apartment features a large living + dining area, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms with queen size beds in each, one bathroom with shower, and access to the shared laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen appliances, utensils, and many more items that you will find useful. The bedrooms feature custom closets, a full-body mirror, bedside lamps, a phone charging station, and Serta comfort mattresses. This place is ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families. We also have a queen air mattress, Pack-n- Play, high chair and additional children’s accessories available upon request. We live upstairs with our healthy, active children, ages 10 and 7. Check-in and Check-out are very easy and flexible. The entrance to the apartment has a smart lock with a code that will be shared with you before your Check-in. Guest access We used smart locks for all the listings we own and service. A unique code will be generated 24 hours before check-in and shared with the guest. Other things to note - Any booking over 2 weeks or 14 days will be charged a bi-weekly cleaning fee which will be billed to the guest additionally. Cleaners will be taking before and after pictures every time they clean.
