Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home within walking distance to main train station, hospital and town centre. Ideal for commuters and hospital staff. THE SPACE It’s a two bedroomed home occupied by myself and my dog. The space includes private bedroom with tea/coffee making facility’s and shared use of bathroom and kitchen with use of the microwave, kettle and toaster ONlY There is a bathtub with shower attachment; (the wall fixing is broken I’m afraid) The space I live in a terraced house with a garden. The bathroom is located directly next to your room. NOTE: The kitchen is not available in the morning, only in the evenings with use of fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Guest access You will have full access of bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen for use of microwave kettle and toaster only. During your stay I am available throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note: I have a dog, he’s a fair size, he’s well trained and friendly. If you choose my place, I hope you enjoy your stay and I look forward to meeting you!
