Spacious Shorehouse

Our comfortable 1st floor condo is steps from the beach with a spacious porch. Private parking behind building for one vehicle and free open parking on the street. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, putt-putt, and local attractions. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and W/D. Blankets and pillows provided. Guests will need to provide all their own bed linens, towels, paper products and soaps. cleaning products are provided. The space This 3 bedroom/2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 8. New flooring in kitchen/dining area/living room/hallway (4/2017). New oven (5/2019). New Queen mattresses in master and middle bedrooms (4/2016). Excellent location with a fully equipped kitchen. Large front porch with enough seating for everyone. You will also have full use of the washer and dryer. Private parking for one vehicle behind the building as well as open street parking. Guest access Guests will have access to entire condo and will be given WiFi password within a few days of stay. A hose for rinsing off feet is located at bottom of front steps for guest convenience. Other things to note No pets allowed. This includes therapy pets. NO EXCEPTIONS! No smoking of any kind inside the shorehouse. Guests must provide their own bed linens, bath and beach towels, paper products, toiletries, ect. Guests must clean shore house before leaving. A vacuum and cleaning products are provided (in cabinet below sinks). Pillows and a blanket for each bed are provided. There are mattress covers and a protective sheet on each bed and protective pillow cases on each pillow. If these sheets and pillow cases are slept on, they MUST be washed. All beds need to be remade before guests leave. Graduating seniors will be required to sign a contract, along with a parent/guardian, for each person staying. Contract will be emailed after booking. Graduating seniors are required to pay a $500 security deposit before check in. Deposit will be refunded within two weeks after stay AS LONG AS house rules are followed: the police have NOT been called for any reason, the shore house is left CLEAN, and NO damage has been done to the shore house. During the months of June, July, and first three weeks of August, only full week rentals are accepted Saturday thru Saturday. A few exceptions can be made for partial weeks if unit is not rented two weeks prior to rental time, but requires a three night minimun, and at the discretion of the owner. Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, all concert weekends, and car show weekends, require a minimum of a three night booking. Registration Details 28241
