The living area is the perfect gathering spot for family and friends, featuring a cozy vintage wood-burning stove and central heating to ensure you're comfortable all year round. Spacious and Family-Friendly Layout: Our home is designed with multi-family stays in mind. You'll find a well-thought-out floorplan that comfortably accommodates your entire group. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1 (Main Floor Master): California King bed with an en suite bathroom. - Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed and two Twin beds. - Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Bunk bed (Full and Twin) and a Nugget play couch. This room also doubles as an extra entertainment space with a Smart TV and a custom board game table. Bathrooms: - Bathroom 1 (Master): Full tub with shower, located on the main floor. - Bathroom 2: Full tub with shower, located on the main floor. - Bathroom 3: Half bathroom, located on the main floor. Amenities for Fun and Relaxation: Whether you're looking for an all-day adventure or a quiet evening in, our cabin has everything you need. Game Loft: Challenge your group to a game of shuffleboard or enjoy the classic arcade games for hours of entertainment. Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen boasts custom wood cabinetry and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Start your day at the coffee bar with our complimentary starter kit of K-Cups. Outdoor Space: Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the fully fenced-in yard under tall pine trees. The flat driveway makes winter access a breeze. Play a game of cornhole, build a snowman, or grill up a meal on the BBQ under string lights. We hope you create lifelong memories here! Guest access The City of Big Bear Lake has imposed strict vacation rental ordinances. The City has designated a MAXIMUM of 7 guests (REGARDLESS OF AGE) and 3 vehicles for our residence. Please note that this applies to the entirety of your reservation starting from check-in to check-out. We have implemented an in-person check-in process to ensure that guests are in compliance. Please only park in designated areas; overnight street parking is prohibited. Guests are subject to fines issued by the City of Big Bear Lake if they are in violation of occupancy and vehicle limits, including immediate eviction from the property. Fines start at $500.00. As of March 2023, our property has received an exemption from Airbnb that does not require us to host Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals. If you require assistance for accommodations in Big Bear Lake please contact Airbnb. *Winter Weather Advisory* Please note that there are 3 major routes to get up the mountain. Travel times can vary due to weather and road conditions. Snow chains may be required. Please check road condition with Caltrans. We do not provide refunds for weather conditions. During winter snow storms, we do our best to plow our driveway as quickly as possible, however road conditions can slow down plow access to the property. Other things to note > Primary Guest Rental Age: 25 (Primary Guest is defined as the individual responsible for the reservation). Photo ID will be verified during check-in. Primary guest responsible for reservation must be present at check-in. No exceptions. > Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian > Reservation is contingent upon completion of Rental Agreement and City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. Forms must be signed and returned prior to check-in for reservation to be completed. > NO Smoking, Pets, or Parties/Events - Violations will result in immediate eviction from the property. > City enforced "Quiet Hours" are between 10pm and 7am. Primary Guest is responsible for any fines incurred from violations, up to and including immediate eviction from the property. > Outdoor fires or fireworks of any kind are illegal in Big Bear as they pose a serious wildfire threat to the area. Primary Guest is responsible for any fines incurred. Violations will result in immediate eviction from the property. > For your personal safety and protection there are two external security cameras located on the exterior of the property. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate eviction from the property. > Outdoor string lights are on a timer that is set to turn on at Dusk and turn off at any time prior to 10:00pm nightly to comply with local ordinances. Tampering with lighting equipment will result in immediate eviction from the property. > As a condition of the reservation, all communication will be transmitted through the AirBnB platform unless of emergency.
