The space Please see below for a breakdown as to what this 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers: - Apartment is located at the front part of the complex looking out to the communal BBQ and entertaining area. - Free parking onsite through a secured gate. - Easy access to the apartment with secured lockbox – no reception for key handover. - As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the combined dining, TV & kitchenette areas. - Dining table seats 4 guests. - Wall-mounted TV with seating options as per listing photos. - Kitchenette boasts fully stocked & equipped cooking appliances and utensils, perfect for short or long stays. Convection microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, mini bar fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Did you know we offer our amazing guests tea, coffee, sugar and coffee pods milk upon arrival? - There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment. Bedroom 1 boasts a queen bed, double two-seat couch, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe for your belongings, wall-mounted TV and split system. - Bedroom 2 also boasts a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps to either side, a wardrobe for your belongings, plus a wall-mounted TV! - Bathroom is located inside the apartment also and boasts a toilet, sink/vanity with wall mounted mirror and combined bath/shower. - There is a communal BBQ area with a BBQ and outdoor setting. - There is also a communal laundry with free use of washing machines and dryer. Other things to note - There is a combined shower/bath in the bathroom, to access the shower, you will need to climb over the bath. - There is a dedicated smoking area located in the south west corner of the carpark as marked by green and white sign. - Vehicle Gate Notice: The entry gate for vehicles is non-functional and will not be fixed. The gate is kept wide open at all times, allowing you to drive straight into the property upon arrival without needing a remote or access code. - Tv in second bedroom is not working and will not be repaired.
