Beautiful, spacious, beach themed, smoke free East side of our duplex. Enjoy Gulf Front views from the front decks and Bay views from the back decks. Use our private Beach property directly across the street to access the white, sandy beach. Our guests may use our Seagull South Beach property directly opposite the house to access the beach instead of inconveniently searching for public beach access. Enjoy unobstructed Gulf Front and Bay views from the wooden decks. Or, enjoy the large, private in-ground pool in your own backyard! Well equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware and bakeware for preparing a great family meal including an air fryer, pizza oven and crock-pot. High speed wireless internet and flat screen Smart TV's in the living room and all three bedrooms are only a few of the amenities of this house that will let you relax and enjoy the beach environment in comfort. Sleeps 8 (additional guest fee applies for more than 8 guests). A connecting door to the second half of the duplex opens up ample space for larger groups or families (if you rent both sides) without compromising privacy. There is a park-style charcoal grill in the back yard for you to use along with a picnic bench. Guest access You will have parking space for 4 cars in the carport under your side of the duplex and additional parking in the driveway in front of your carport. Each side of the duplex enjoys a semi-private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, as well as an additional water hose to rinse your sandy feet. Other things to note **DURING HIGH SEASON (3RD SATURDAY IN MAY THROUGH THE 2ND SATURDAY IN AUGUST) WE ALLOW ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WEEKLY RENTALS** -We do recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. We provide a towel package that includes the following: ~one towel per person that the house sleeps (8) ~one wash cloth per person that the house sleeps (8) ~two hand towels (one for each bath) ~three dish washing cloths ~three dish drying cloths -We provide 8 pool/beach towels which must all be accounted for at the end of your stay. Missing towels will incur a $25 charge per towel. - The pool is typically not heated and water temperatures are usually in the upper 60s during the shoulder seasons and upper 70s in the summer. Pool heating is available for an additional charge. -We provide a small mini fridge for bait and fresh seafood. Guests will be assessed a $300 fee for any fish odor in main kitchen refrigerator. -Age requirement: 25+years (firm!) Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM
