Cozy Apartment Loft!

The space is an absolute vibe. The space is Loft style which offers high ceilings and large windows which brings in lots of light. The space is cozy and modern, and you’ll absolutely feel comfortable. You have access to the entire apartment, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, starz, HBO and YouTube for entertainment. Space is suitable for anyone, you will absolutely enjoy your stay and be very satisfied with cleanliness of the space, and the open feel it offers! The space You are allowed to use the TV in the living room, Microwave, refrigerator, and Feezer. For safety reason the stove and oven will be off limits! Everything else in the apartment you will be allowed to use! Guest access For most check In’s I will be present to help assist, or a co-host rep. You will enter through the front of the building, enter the elevator which will bring you to the designated floor, and will be able to enter the apartment. You will have the help of my assistance or a co-host. To enter the front building and the elevator, codes are required for security reasons which will be provided once you book. Other things to note 1.Be respectful of the rules. 2.No Cooking on Stove or Oven! (SAFETY REASONS) 3.No loud music 4.No parties 5.I have another unit in the apartment building so I am present if anything goes wrong or if you have questions. 6. No shoes on the rug!
