Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The perfect lake escape. The space The entire lake cabin, yard, beaches, dock, boardwalk, decks, fire pit and tree house are available for our guests. Our house offers perfect access to lake Nocona with our extensive water frontage and dock. Fishing, swimming and boating are the best amenities or property has to offer. Guest access The entire lake cabin. Loft, living, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and decks. All of the outdoors. Yard, fire ring, beaches, dock, boardwalk and tree house over the water. The only exclusion is the boat slip and lift. Boats can be tied up safely on the sides of the dock. Other things to note Enjoy our brand new water filtration system. The water tastes great! Not to mention our brand new tankless water heater. Endless hot water for a great shower!
