North Oxford sunny room over garden

This is a good-sized (15 sqm) bright room on the first floor of our house, with wash-basin, frig., microwave, TV and Wifi, and a comfortable double bed. Bathroom is shared with the owners, a semi-retired couple, but there is a separate toilet just for your use. Breakfast provided in the room. We work at home, so booking is only suitable for those who are out from 10-5 every day, including weekends. Off-road parking. The house is on a busy road, but the room on the garden side is very peaceful. The space The room has picture windows overlooking the mature garden, where you are welcome to relax. Maria likes to keep the house very clean. Breakfast - tea, coffee, milk, cereal, fruit, and kettle - is provided in the room, so you are free to have it when you want Because we are at home most of the time, we are only suitable for guests who are out working during the day, so when you book please confirm that you will be out of the room between the hours of 10.00 and 17.00. No visitors in the room, please. No pets in the house. Guest access You are welcome to sit or walk in the garden. During your stay We always check our guests in and out, and are available for any questions you have. Otherwise you have your own keys, and are free to come and go as you wish. Other things to note Check-in from 5.00pm Check-out by 10.00am. There is no iron in the room, but an iron and ironing table are available.
