Beach house - San Bartolo 100 meters from Playa Norte

Enjoy a family experience in a comfortable beach house with a pool just 100 meters from the north beach boardwalk, overlooking the park and close to San Bartolo's shopping area. It's a very quiet and safe environment. The space It has 4 rooms ( 1 with a built-in bathroom with therma and 3 of them with cable TV), two full and independent bathrooms (only 1 has therma) and a TV in the main room with the option to Netflix. Bar . Carport. Pool with 8x3m waterfall. Gas stove, includes all basic appliances and dishes for up to 11 people. Linens, bedspreads, and any cleaning supplies are included. NO EVENTS/PARTIES/SOCIAL GATHERINGS. Keep in mind that we do not accept pets inside the residence due to the fact that it generates another type of cleaning that we do not offer, internal coordination can be made after consultation with us depending on the case. Guest access Transfers by motorcycle taxis, car, or walking. Easy access to shops (Tambo and Mass), bakeries and market approximately 5 minutes walk. Pizzerias, poultry, chifas, coffees, ATMs, pharmacy, and deliveries in the center of San Bartolo about 3 blocks away. Other things to note Thank you for contacting us!
