Fully remodeled studio with private entrance attached to main house. Minutes away from the city park, grocery stores, walmart, and amazing restaurants. 25 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Lincoln City. Large bedroom that has 1 queen bed. If you have more than 2 guests, the room can be rearranged to accommodate a blow-up bed. Mini fridge, microwave, utensils, keurig, hot plate, washer/dryer, wifi, private bath, fenced yard, covered patio, and more. Fresh chicken eggs are available upon request. The space Located inside a quiet home, spacious bedroom with a personal mini fridge, microwave, keurig, hot plate, dishes and utensils. No steps besides a 1.5" step from yard to patio area. Washer and dryer available. Small fenced area for your animals but still able to see the animals on the property. Guest access Shared space is the back yard and laundry area. Since the laundry area is a shared space and the light switch is in the main section of the house, this light will be on 24/7. The patio, bathroom, and bedroom are private. There is a small fenced area for your animals. During your stay I like to give guests space but am available by phone, text, or email if you need me. Other things to note *Goats have gone to Pasture for the summer/fall* 3 dogs live in the main portion of the house and will not be in any shared space besides the backyard. Please let me know prior to arrival if you are bringing any animals (including Service Animals)and if you need to borrow a kennel during your stay. There is a chicken coop, rabbit hutch, and goat barn in the backyard. If you are unsure of how your animal will react, please keep them on a leash. Please clean up after your animals and dispose of waste in the outside trash next to the willow tree in the front yard. Pack'n'play crib and high chair available upon request. Please bring your own linens for infants. More than 2 guests, a blow-up mattress will be provided.
