There is plenty of parking for boats. You are minutes away from convenient boat ramps, and a short boat-ride away from some of the best snapper fishing in New Zealand at the Coromandel mussel farms. Guest access The whole property will be yours during your stay, including the large front lawn, and under-cover parking. You are welcome to enjoy any fruit on the trees. Other things to note There is a pullout couch bed in the media room, but it is not the most comfortable. You may like to bring some extra padding if you are intending to use this.
