Perfect for couples or families, child friendly. Great central location and lovely views, with lots of amenities shops and eateries on your doorstep, plus only a short walk to the beach. Lovely views over the historic Sheringham railway station with steam trains in service, and a glimpse of the sea. * A travel cot and highchair are at the property for guests to use. Hallway A generous hallway greets you upon entering the property where a freestanding coat and shoe rack can be found on the wall is the entry phone, also a shelf with the Wifi router. * At the top of the stairs is a stair-gate. Protecting bedroom 2, principal bathroom and living areas from the stairs. Bedroom 1 This room has a double size bed, two bedside tables, each with bedside lamps. There is also a freestanding hanging rail with coat hangers provided & hairdryer. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room. En-suite to bedroom 1 Consisting of an enclosed shower cubical, hand wash basin, WC, and heated towel rail. A touch sensor lit mirror can be found above the sink. Bedroom 2 Consisting of two single beds with two bedside tables each with a bedside lamp. There is also a freestanding hanging rail with coat hangers provided. Kitchen dining area A generous open-plan space A well equipped modern kitchen with plenty of worktop space, comprising of freestanding fridge- freezer, built-in dishwasher, sink, electric hob, electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, glassware, and cookware as well as a washing up bowl, draining rack and a waste / recycling bin. Dining area Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a large wooden table with six chairs, there is also a desk/coffee table under the far window with two stalls, this is a lovely area to sit and watch the world go by. There is a highchair in the corner of the dining area. Living room There are two sofas, a wooden coffee table and wooden side-table a shelving unit with a selection of board games and books and a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV with all Freeview Channels available , you will need to use your own login details to access features such as Netflix (please remember to logout when you leave) Principal bathroom Steps down to, The principal bathroom consists of bath, shower cubical, hand wash basin, WC, and heated towel rail. A touch sensor lit mirror can be found above the sink. Utility room Benefiting from a full utility room which comprises, washing machine, dryer and sink. You will also find a selection of cleaning products in the various cupboards, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron also the thermostat for the central heating.
