We have a range of rooms available to sleep up to six people with a choice of shared and private en-suite bathrooms, our rates start at just £15 per person per night. We look forward to receiving your reservation. - Annie's Guest House The space All our bedrooms are private, you will be given access to your room and the front door of the house so you may come and go as you please during your stay 24/7. Our en suite triple (double bed and single bed) bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, 32" flat-screen 4K Smart TV. There are black-out blinds at the (double-glazed) windows and the room has it's own temperature control. Heating and hot water is available 24/7. Each guest bedroom contains an iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, cooling fan, desk, chair, 66 litre refrigerator with ice-maker and a double wardrobe. A kettle, tea/coffee making facilities and fresh milk are provided in the room. Bed linen and towels are provided as is a daily room cleaning service. Laundry service is provided at cost price. Pick up is at 10am daily with return at 4pm the same day (we arrange this for you so you don't need to be in). Wash, dry and fold is £5 per 5kg. Ironing is charged per item but there is an iron and ironing board in all guest bedrooms if you would like to do it yourself. Full English (cooked) breakfast is an optional extra. We can cater for Vegans, Vegetarians, gluten and wheat-free diets. Kitchen cooking facilities available to guests are a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, twin hot plate, toaster and a tabletop grill. Please note that there is no freezer. A range of glasses, crockery and cutlery is also available. Free wireless broadband access is available throughout the property, we will give you the wifi password when you check-in. The property is strictly non-smoking but there is an outside seating area for smokers. Free parking is available outside the property. Free luggage storage is available from 6am on day of check in and/or until 9pm on day of departure. Additional items eg cooked breakfast, laundry and late check out can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. As we are an official guest house accommodation that is registered with the local authority we have an annual fire inspection and fire doors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and a wired fire alarm system. We also have an annual surprise inspection by the environmental health department with a 5* kitchen hygiene rating. We also have £2 million public liability insurance.
