The 4th bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. The deck is great for entertaining. It is equipped with a new gas Weber grill hooked to propane and ready to go. There are two heaters set up to keep the company warm even on chilly nights. There is ample seating for 10 and overlooks the back yard. Thomas Point Park and Quiet Waters parks are both right down the road. You can actually use the kayaks on Fishing Creek to get yourself over to Thomas Point Park if you didn’t want to walk or drive and is a pretty cool way to utilize the amenities of the neighborhood. These parks are great and are pretty secluded so you can generally enjoy the beauty and nature without too much interruption of outside traffic. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are super nice. It’s a very safe neighborhood in a great area. You can feel safe walking down the streets and can usually hear neighbors enjoying their properties throughout the neighborhood. Couldn’t be a better place to relax after traveling and sightseeing in Annapolis. We are a very short (5 min) drive from downtown which makes for easy access to everything that’s around.
