Very nice 2 bed Victorian style high ceilings furnished house in a brilliant location between hospital and city centre. Perfectly placed for hospital workers or visitors, close to Rolls Royce, Bombardier, city centre. Ashbourne and Peak District is 15-20 min drive. After a nice day out in the Peak District, many restaurants to eat out or supermarkets if you do self catering are within 5-10 min walking distance. The space Suitable for up to 10 people, 4 double and 2 single beds in smallest room in attic. One bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. BBQ available and outdoor patio seating. LCD TVs available in living and dining room, also in the big bedroom. Outside parking available for 2 vehicles, 1 medium size van and a car roughly. Guest access We usually hand over the key personally and show you around, but in the event that is not possible, a key lock box with a code is provided. Other things to note We don't ask the guests to do a full detailed clean at the end of the stay, but leaving it reasonable tidy so we can find everything where we leave it in the first place is a minimum required. Shoes should not be worn on the stairs and carpets upstairs. Dishes to be washed and put away and bedding with towels left on each room. Parties not allowed. At the first sign of parties and any excessive noise, we will be alerted and will ask you to stop immediately. If this is not done, you will be asked to leave.
