Renovated and comfortable Berry cottage, Classed 4*, in the spirit of a family gîte welcomes you in an authentic and peaceful setting in the heart of Berry and France. It is our 'haven of peace' to escape the busy daily life and we want to welcome our guests to also take the opportunity to recharge their batteries! The space Tastefully renovated respecting the traditional country style of the house. Cozy interior where you feel at home. Wine bar for an aperitif and many books to read as well as a selection of DVDs available. Air-Conditioning (Reversible) and WIFI also present. Even a real wood-heated sauna experience awaits you in the garden or a cool dip in our private swimming pool! Animals are welcome! The house does not foresee facilities for PRM. The beds are always made by us on arrival as well as the supply of towels and welcome products (Shampoo, Shower Gel, Ecological Hand Wash). The cleaning service is always mandatory at the end of the stay. Guest access The house is located on a small country road with barely any traffic, which makes it very quiet and you feel at peace. There's private parking within the gate of the property in front of the house. The nearest village, Pruniers is 3km away with a bakery and restaurant, Lignieres at 10km with more shops and facilities. The regional capital Chateauroux is about 20 km away for more of a city experience. Other things to note The house is mostly used for our personal use and with family and friends, so please do expect a more 'personal atmosphere' inside.
