My place is close to the airport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, the people, and the location. Were great for families, couples, or single travelers. There are many top golf courses and 50 wineries, Camping available for families around the lake The space We sit on 22 acres with 2 lakes, Just 1 mile from 2 towns. We have super safe parking for any size unit with lots of turnaround space. The Lake is warm from May through Sept and hosts kayaks, canoes, SUPs, row boats, swimming, and fishing. The deck is 3000 sq ft with great views and a BBQ, for your use. We are a shared home, so we do live here and love to share it with new fun guests. You get a work out room and an outside Gazebo area with a fire pit. Guest access DIRECTIONS: follow your google map until you head south on 34 rd At the end of 34 rd, you will find E1/4 turn Left and drive East STRAIGHT through a red gate for 1/4 mile on gravel. There is one house off to your left on a large lake---your home. Come to the front door, and get ready to relax. Parking is outside, anywhere Master bedroom to your left, kids room is upstairs, TV room, large Bathroom, work out room is yours to use. Gourmet Kitchen is available to share with us. Huge deck for views that will blow you away...sit and enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, local wines, snacks, local fruits, swim, canoe around.. lots of room and lots of quiet beauty. Other things to note We are central to so much: 7 top ski resorts 2 hr away, 55 wineries minutes away. Hundreds of fresh fruit orchard all over, with the best peaches in the world. World class mountain biking everywhere, Moab 1.5 hr away 3 National parks, all very different and close. rock climbing Micro brew pubs great hikes and running trails all around.
