Our spacious beach house is perfect for groups of friends & families. The open 1st floor is highlighted by large kitchen, dining/living room, sunroom, powder rm, laundry, Master bedrm/bath. 2nd fl Master w/king bed features Jack & Jill bath connecting to twin bedrm, perfect for families. The 3rd bedrm w/queen bed uses the hall bath. We have a yard for children to play & garage for storage of your gear. Relax on deck or play at pool & tennis court, both just steps away in our quiet cul-de-sac. The space Casa Vita lives up to it's name...House of Life. We enjoy sharing good times with friends and family and our guests feel the same way. There's so much to love about Rehoboth and so many good memories to be made at the beach house. Come stay with us and make this a very special beach vacation! June, July & August are full week (Saturday to Saturday) reservations. PLEASE NOTE: Effective Jan 1, 2025 there is a 4.5% Delaware State Lodging Tax that will be added to your reservation. Guest access The house is fully stocked with paper, detergents & kitchen supplies. And in the garage you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, beach/pool toys & tennis racquets to use during your stay & (2) beach wagons to make your trek over the sand dunes a little easier! Sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels are all included. We have (2) Pac-N-Play w/sheets & blankets, (2) strollers, high chair, infant seat, & (2) boosters chairs for the little ones in your group. Feel free to use, but please clean thoroughly for the next guests. Also (2) gates that can be used at the stairs in the house or at top of deck steps. Other things to note ~ We have a Keurig Duo coffee maker, coffee (single cup + carafe in one), filters, grinder & limited quantities of regular & decaffeinated K-cups as well as ground coffee for convenience upon your arrival. We cannot guarantee quantities due to varied use by guests, so please bring some of your own favorite grinds too. ~ Note to anyone with a dog allergy...Even though there's an HOA no-pets policy for guests, we do have a family dog who accompanies us to the beach house from time to time. ~ Also, please note that the neighborhood HOA does not allow towels or swimsuits to be hung over the deck railing. Therefore we provide drying racks in the garage for your convenience. ~ There is space for 2 cars in the driveway, but any additional cars can be parked at the end of our cul-de-sac in the overflow parking in front of the townhouses. HOA rules do not allow parking on the street or in the grass. BIKES ~ We have limited bikes & helmets for adults & children. Feel free to use, but please note that you RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. POOL ~ Pool Hours - 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM ~ Children under the age of 14 must be accommpanied by an adult ~ The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September, pending extreme weather conditions. If hurricanes during the first half of September require clearing all pool furniture from the deck, the pool will remain closed for the season at that point.
