This centrally located, charming bungalow has vintage character with hardwood floors, skylights, and modern upgrades. The bungalow offers 2 cozy bedrooms including an ultra comfortable California king bed & queen size bed. A fully equipped kitchen with spacious refrigerator allows you to shop & cook for yourselves then lounge around the TV & gas fireplace or enjoy any of the multitude activities outdoors & nearby. There is a nice back yard for relaxing. The space This charming vintage bungalow has everything to make your stay in Eugene relaxing. Two comfortable beds in bright, light-filled bedrooms, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking simple meals, cute dining room for eating or working remotely and a cozy living room for movie nights or just hanging out. The Upcycle guest suite, accessible via a separate entrance, is connected to the main house. This suite provides a mini-kitchen and an additional bedroom and bathroom, and is available for individual rental. For larger groups of 5-8 guests, we can accommodate you in both spaces, depending on availability. Guest access The laundry room is shared with the attached one bedroom apartment. Guests have access to the shared washing machine, dryer, provided laundry detergent, and iron and ironing board. It also is one of the exits to the back yard which you may feel free to enjoy. Cleaners may be in and out of the laundry room between 11-3 pm if we have to clean the Upcycle guest suite. Other things to note Because this house has an attached guest suite, there may be other guests sharing the driveway or laundry room. If you want want a private house to yourself you can rent The Upcycle unit also. Please keep the laundry machines available between 11am and 3pm so that cleaners can use them if the studio next door is being cleaned.
