Two bedrooms, offer modern and comfortable accommodation. Each room has either 2 single beds or one double and will be arranged to meet your needs. Double bed requests have to be done at the time of booking as the flat will been cleaned and left as 2 single beds in each room. Both bedrooms also come with ample clothes storage. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room area which allows you and your family or friends to spend time together in comfort after days exploring the beautiful area. The newly installed kitchen is well-appointed, with a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer. There is also coffee making facilities on the premise to give your plenty energy for long days in the great outdoors. The accommodation is well set up for coming in after fun days on the bikes, with bike storage ( comfortably 2 adult bikes) in the property for peace of mind. There is also a washer/dryer located in the open plan area to keep on top of any outdoor gear! There is private and off street parking beside the property. There is no actual allocated space but where possible use the parking spaces through the archway at the end of the development as the flat is located at the end of the development. Other things to note Please note that this property is non smoking property, which includes the use of vapes. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the apartment or the immediate vicinity. If you are a smoker we respectfully request that you do not book with us. The Carelee Mill flat will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your arrival following all Airbnb recommended protocols. There will also be ample cleaning products for your use during your stay if you so require them. Carlelee Mill is a great area and we are confident about the security both in the property and of the local area, but all property including bikes are left at your own risk.
