The space The open-plan living area is full of character, featuring cool marble floors and a traditional stone fireplace as a central feature. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed or armchair under the warm glow of classic wall lights. Two sets of patio doors lead to standing balconies overlooking the street, flooding the space with light. The dining area seats four comfortably, while the kitchenette is perfectly equipped for village life. It’s a bright, airy space that captures the classic Mijas style. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and its amenities, including high-speed WiFi and air conditioning. You are welcome to enjoy the communal pool within the Nuevo Pueblo complex or relax in the charming piazza right outside your door. We provide sun loungers that you can set up by the fountain for a peaceful afternoon in the sun. This is a ground-floor property with level access throughout, making it easy to enjoy all the village has to offer without any stairs. Other things to note Prior to arrival, all guests are required to complete their pre-arrival self-check-in via our secure guest portal, 'Chargeautomation.' This is a mandatory requirement to ensure a smooth and safe stay. As part of this process, card details are required for a €150 accidental damage pre-authorization. This amount is processed the day before your arrival and is automatically released 3 days after your departure date, provided no significant damage has occurred to the property.
