Unique Studio/flat Norwich

Self contained Studio flat, with a single bedroom, kitchen with refrigerater, gas oven, grill and hob with 4 burners, private shower and toilet room. Double bed in living space, if 3rd bed is required or a 4th guest is booked, a sofa bed is also located in the living that will sleep 2, but will reduce living space while set up. Please make sure you let me know in advance if you need it set up. Self serve continental breakfast is provided, please inform me about dietary restrictions. The space Please use the road on our street to park, as our cars take up all spaces in the drive. There is plenty of parking on the road, but please try not to park directly across the street from anyones driveway. There is a bus stop 3 minutes up the road with a bus (number 24) to the city every 30 minutes. We are located about 1.5 miles from the train station with the number 24 bus. Norwich centre is only 2.5 miles from the flat. Guest access Enclosed garden, outside table and chairs, smoking area outside in garden, trampoline and swing in garden, fireplace and wood available upon request. Other things to note Iron available upon request. Breakfast is self serve continental with bread, butter, jam, eggs for cooking, milk, juice etc. Cafetiere for ground coffee, herbal teas and black tea.
