The Southside Abode 10min to IU + Lake Monroe

This is our humble abode just minutes away from downtown, IU and Lake Monroe. Ideal for groups of 5 or less. Please note, this is our primary home and not just a staged Airbnb..we will vacate the house during your stay so you will have the enter place to yourself, but you will see our personal belongings through out the house. We will do our best to make sure they are out of your way. Thanks! The space The entire house with the exception of the kids rooms is yours for the duration of your stay. Please stay out of the kids rooms, this is where we will store our personal belongings to keep them out of your way! Thanks Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (minus kids rooms) deck, fire pit, grill, yard, hot tub and hammock. Guests also have access to Netflix via smart tv. Other things to note We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that frequent the house so if you are allergic, this might not be an ideal place for you! Note* the king bed is in a loft, climbing a ship style ladder is required to reach the bed. For safety reasons, adults only in the loft area please. **The futon is in the same master bedroom as the king size bed
