Green ECO Oasis Irena apartment is located in area Nova Veruda, across a small pine wood, peacefull, close to the see: Marina Veruda and the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants and dining, public transport are located very close. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space: very big terrace and the nice Mediterranean garden, the light, the comfy bed, living room, bathroom and the kitchen. I’m live in the same house all my life, in the second floor. I’ll welcome you in my Home! The space The Green ECO Oasis apartment is ideally for 2 adults or family with two little children( 2+2). Space: 1. bedroom: double bed 180x200, wardrobe, airmchairs. 2. bedroom/living room: three seater- double bed 160x200, Sat TV, desk, air conditioning. The rooms are separated by accordion doors. 3. Dining room with fully equiped kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator and deep freezer, electric cooker, coffe maker, kettle, disches and cutlery. 4. Bathroom: Bathtub/ toilet/ Washing machine. Terrace: all around the property with garden forniture Wi-fi- 500/500 Mbit/s Solar panel Satelite TV Air Conditioning The apartment includes all the comforts you need. Extra expenses such as tourist tax, utilities are already included in the price. The apartment is surrounded by large Mediterranean garden. It is located on the ground floor and is ideal for a summer holiday because it is never too hot. On the large terrace in front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a table for four people as well as a nice rocking chair. It is an ideal place to enjoy with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Guests can also park their car on front of the house or at the back of the yard. Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms in the apartment as well as an outdoor terrace surrounded by a large well-kept Mediterranean garden. On the terrace, guests can use a large wooden table with four chairs and a beautiful swing/armchair. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, so it is ideal for families with small children because they can use the outdoor play area. I would especially like to emphasize that due to the natural shade of the trees and the huge lawn, it is never hot in the apartment during summer nights. Guests can also use the back of the house, a spacious terrace overlooking the olive trees and vines. At the back of the house, parking for one vehicle is allowed. Other things to note Staying with a private landlord with the Local Host label means that the guest can expect a personal approach and a rich local experience: the host welcomes you as a friend, shares stories about their area, recommends discovering hidden tourist gems, and makes sure you feel relaxed and "at home." Please do not take the indoor furniture outside. When you leave the house, please turn off the air conditioner, the washing machine as well as the dishwasher. When you leave the house, we ask that you close all windows and shutters and lock the house. If you have a pet, we ask that you not leave it alone in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
